About me
I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Therapist covering Stansted, Bishop’s Stortford and surrounding area. My aim is to ensure that you feel understood and supported in a safe environment, enabling you to understand the present, explore and resolve the past and make positive changes for the future.
I run a full time practice from Forest Hall Therapy Centre, which is situated in a secluded courtyard in a semi-rural location just outside Stansted. There is plenty of free parking.
I am also a qualified Supervisor and hold one to one and group sessions for qualified and trainee Hypnotherapists.
At the centre we also run Peer Support Group sessions on a monthly basis, again for trainee and qualified Hypnotherapists. This includes inviting guest speakers from time to time to run workshops on specific topics.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills (Dip Hyp CS) and an Integrated Advanced Professional Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Ad.Dip CP), both of which are accredited by The Royal College of Nursing.
